Hemp oil tastes nutty and grassy and its scent reminds of fresh hay. The positive fatty acid spectrum contains a very high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as a balanced ratio of linoleic acid to alpha-linolenic acid. Hemp oil is one of the most valuable domestic oils. It contains notable traces of vitamin E, C, B1, B2 as well as phosphorus, calcium, potassium and magnesium. Hemp oil does not contain any intoxicating substances, but it is addictive for gourmets.

This is how it tastes best: because of its fatty acid composition, hemp oil should not be heated. Perfect with bitter salads or strong bound soups.
